II Workshop on Analytical Miniaturisation |

Dear Colleagues, On behalf of both scientific and organizing committee of the II International Workshop on Analytical Miniaturisation (lab-on-a-chip), WAM 2010, we cordially invite you to take part in this meeting. It will be held in Oviedo (Asturias, Spain) on 7-8th of June with the aim of creating a forum on Miniaturisation in Analytical Chemistry with special focus on lab-on-a-chip devices. We hope this is an excellent opportunity to discuss related aspects with colleagues or initiate an interesting research line. 7th Colloquium Chemiometricum Mediterraneum |

Dear colleagues,
On behalf of the Scientific and Organising Committee, it is a great pleasure to welcome you to Granada (Spain) from 21 till 24 June, for the 7th Colloquium Chemiometricum Mediterraneum (CCM VII 2010 - Granada).
The CCM VII 2010 welcomes all contributions on classical and new tools in Chemometrics. A non-limitative list of topics includes:
* Pattern Recognition and Calibration
* Experimental Design (DOE) and Optimization
* Qualimetrics and Chemical Metrology
* Image analysis
* Process Analytical Technology (PAT)
* Chemometrics applications in different domains:
- cultural heritage
- environment
- food control
- omics science
- pharmaceuticals
- others ...
The guidelines for Abstracts Submission are now available on the Colloquium web site:

Some of the world's leading chemometric scientists will be at the Conference as guest speakers: Michele Forina, Rasmus Bro, Age Smilde, Luis Sarabia, Max Feinberg, Roberto Todeschini, Michelle Sergent and Anna de Juan.
The accepted communications to the CCM VII 2010 could be submitted as full papers for a special issue of the journal Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry (ABC) devoted to Chemometrics. The guest editors of this special publication are: Marcel Blanco, Juan Manuel Bosque and Luis Cuadros.
